1. 酸洗前應(yīng)清除干凈焊接時的焊渣、濺出物和管子上的清漆等物。

2.在拆卸、運輸、酸洗時不要碰傷了螺紋、管路及密封面，可用膠帶或塑料管堵封口。
2. Do not damage the thread, pipeline and sealing surface during disassembly, transportation and pickling, and seal with adhesive tape or plastic pipe plug.
3.各螺紋部位應(yīng)用塑料帶、橡膠帶等耐酸材料加以保護(hù)，或在脫脂、水洗后螺紋處涂上干油后再在酸液中除銹，以防酸液侵蝕。

4.在酸洗的時候注意看管子的標(biāo)記，不要將管子的配合記號消失或模糊。
