1、流體的種類(lèi)、溫度，請(qǐng)選定適合流體的種類(lèi)、溫度的本體材質(zhì)與密封材質(zhì)的快速接頭。根據(jù)流體，適合的本體材質(zhì)、密封材質(zhì)是不同的。例如，快速接頭通的介質(zhì)是水，則選黃銅的或者不銹鋼制的。
2、快速接頭的使用環(huán)境，請(qǐng)選定適合使用環(huán)境的構(gòu)造、材質(zhì)的快速接頭。結(jié)合使用環(huán)境的濕度條件、塵埃的狀況，以及容易腐蝕等使用環(huán)境，來(lái)考慮選定快速接頭的種類(lèi)、本體材質(zhì)、密封材質(zhì)。
3、液體的壓力，請(qǐng)選定適合流體壓力的耐壓性能的快速接頭。流體的壓力也是選定快速接頭的關(guān)鍵。油壓用的快速接頭是5.0Mpa(51kgf/cm2)-68.6Mpa(700kgf/cm2)之間形成系列化，相應(yīng)于耐壓特性，快速接頭的構(gòu)造也是不同的。
4、安裝的形狀、尺寸。請(qǐng)?jiān)诖_定比較后的形狀、尺寸后訂購(gòu)產(chǎn)品。請(qǐng)確定快速接頭的型號(hào)和材質(zhì)，并指定相應(yīng)于配管特性的裝配形狀及尺寸。請(qǐng)注意尺寸是與流體流量相關(guān)連的。
5、自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)閥門(mén)的構(gòu)造，請(qǐng)選定適合配管用途的閥門(mén)構(gòu)造的快速接頭。對(duì)于閥門(mén)的構(gòu)造，有兩路開(kāi)關(guān)型、單程開(kāi)關(guān)型及兩路開(kāi)放型。由于在分離時(shí)除兩路開(kāi)關(guān)型以外，有流體從配管內(nèi)流出。所以請(qǐng)注意。
6、確認(rèn)選擇的快速接頭連接螺紋要一致。在有不同品牌產(chǎn)品的使用過(guò)程中，最好是同一品牌的陰頭和陽(yáng)頭配合使用，如果一定要交叉使用，比較好使用前咨詢產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)方的技術(shù)人員，確認(rèn)好之后再行使用。

5. For the structure of automatic switch valve, please select the quick connector of valve structure suitable for piping. For valve construction, there are two-way switch type, one-way switch type and two-way open type. In addition to the two-way switch type, there is fluid flowing out of the pipe during separation. So please pay attention.
6. Confirm that the selected connecting thread of quick connector should be consistent. In the process of using products with different brands, it is better to use the same brand's female and male head together. If cross use is necessary, it is better to consult the technical personnel of the product supplier before use, and use after confirmation
