液壓管爆管是不少挖機師傅們頭疼的問題,由于爆管會造成液壓油泄漏,事后的維修費時費力費錢。那么液壓管爆管常見的原因有哪些呢?1、使用了劣質(zhì)的液壓管很多人在原裝的液壓管損壞之后,為了圖便宜,很多人選擇質(zhì)量不達標劣質(zhì)液壓管,這種液壓管性能、可靠性遠不如原裝的。另外,液壓管兩頭的金屬接頭扣壓工藝不良,密封性和可靠性無法得到保證,經(jīng)過一段時間的使用后,就會產(chǎn)生省油甚至漏油。因此,更換液壓管一定要選擇正規(guī)大品牌的產(chǎn)品。2、液壓系統(tǒng)壓力過高液壓系統(tǒng)預設的壓力過高會加大爆管的幾率,方法是結合各種動作測試主泵產(chǎn)生的壓力值,如果確認壓力值偏大,可以將多路閥的壓力適當調(diào)低一些。3、液壓油溫度過高如果您的機器液壓系統(tǒng)高溫,也會影響液壓元件的密封性,引發(fā)爆管泄露;另外高溫還會使液壓部件膨脹,導致閥芯、閥體卡死,形成局部高溫導致爆管。4、混用不同標號的液壓油挖掘機出廠一般默認使用46#的液壓油,如果在使用過程中添加配件店常見的68#液壓油,會造成液壓油性質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定,損壞元器件。高粘度的液壓油流動性較差,會使液壓系統(tǒng)局部產(chǎn)生較高的壓力,易造成管路泄漏。5、不良的操作習慣如果機手在作業(yè)作業(yè)時操作粗暴,巨大的沖擊負荷會在液壓系統(tǒng)中產(chǎn)生瞬時的沖擊壓力,沖擊壓力會導致高壓油管接頭與膠管的壓合處過早失效漏油或爆管,大大縮短液壓管的使用壽命。另外,粗暴的操作還會影響其他部件的耐久性,使機械故障頻發(fā)。所以,平時操作挖機動作一定要柔和,不做高強度、高危險性動作。6、液壓管被腐蝕雖然現(xiàn)在的液壓管大部分具有一定的耐腐蝕性,但畢竟橡膠制品長期接觸柴油會使膠體蓬松變質(zhì)。產(chǎn)生一定的不良影響,盡量不要讓膠管接觸汽柴油,,一般橡膠在長期浸泡汽柴油中會發(fā)脹膠體蓬松。因此,在平時的使用中要避免柴油等腐蝕性液體接觸膠管,要經(jīng)常清潔液壓管外表面。7、液壓管異常震動齒輪泵和柱塞泵工作時都有油液脈動,這種脈動會使液壓管產(chǎn)生高頻振動,這種高頻振動無法徹底消除。長期的異常震動會導致液壓管疲勞磨損,因此,要經(jīng)常檢查液壓管的管夾和保護套,管夾一旦松動,將會磨損液壓管,甚至將液壓管磨穿。
