5月以來，勘探三號平臺積極開展降本減費建議征集活動，平臺職工獻計獻策，為公司帶來了實實在在的經(jīng)濟效益。為降低維護成本，該平臺機械工程師從進口吊機液壓系統(tǒng)入手，開始了對其重要易損備件——“油管接頭”的自主化改造。

勘探三號平臺力霸吊機油管接頭的形式比較特殊，與常用的接頭型號不一致，且為公制，不能通用，因此平臺只能申報進口原廠家的油管，同時油管種類繁多，各種管徑，各種長度都要備貨，備貨量大，時間久了，很多庫存的橡膠件會老化失去其承受高壓的功能，容易造成浪費。但是迫于安全生產(chǎn)所需，又不得不保持一定量的庫存。

為解決這個問題，平臺工程師高欣蕾帶優(yōu)先機修班組，翻閱大量資料，通過多方渠道了解收集相關信息，結合該平臺現(xiàn)有的設備，大膽提出了自己壓制油管的方案。為解決公制壓套的問題，油管接頭機修班利用平臺現(xiàn)有英制壓管機，提出了用不同尺寸的壓塊多次壓制的方法，同時在壓塊與壓套之間墊銅皮，從而達到壓力要求。油管接頭經(jīng)過適當?shù)膭兤せ蛘哕囅鲏禾祝瑱C修班組有效地利用了水下部門的高壓軟管，避免了多余采購，并對壓制的每一根油管進行了1.25倍的工作壓力試驗，以檢驗效果、確保使用安全。

After proper peeling or turning the pressure sleeve of the tubing joint, the repairing team effectively utilized the high-pressure hose of the underwater department, avoided redundant purchasing, and carried out 1.25 times working pressure test for each tubing pressed, in order to check the effect and ensure the safety of use.
